Manager – Business Performance Management & Analytics

About the role

The Manager – Business Performance Management & Analytics leads the Business Division’s performance management, analytics, reporting and planning activities. The role ensures that performance frameworks, scorecards and dashboards are aligned with the bank’s strategic objectives and support data‑driven decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the division’s performance management framework, linking strategic goals with KPIs and outcomes.
• Develop, monitor and enhance scorecards, dashboards and management reporting for executives, including CEO and board submissions.
• Analyse portfolio performance across products, customer segments, channels and partnerships to surface trends, risks and opportunities.
• Translate financial, operational and customer data into actionable insights that drive business growth and efficiency.
• Lead business planning, forecasting, productivity and capacity planning in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Govern performance metrics, ensuring data accuracy, consistency and reliability.
• Track incentive performance and productivity measurement, aligning them with approved targets and policies.
• Establish governance mechanisms for monitoring, escalation and follow‑up of performance initiatives.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to improve business intelligence, reporting capabilities and dashboard automation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in performance management, business analytics or related finance functions within a large organization.
• Strong understanding of strategic planning, KPI development and executive reporting.
• Ability to analyse complex data sets and communicate insights clearly to senior leadership.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
