Marketing & Communication Manager

About the role

The Marketing & Communication Manager will lead the development and execution of brand, PR, and digital strategies to strengthen MB’s market presence. Working closely with senior leadership, the role ensures alignment between marketing activities, sales targets, and corporate values.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain a 12‑month brand calendar aligned with sales targets and market seasonality.
• Develop differentiated propositions to outperform competitors in key markets.
• Manage external vendors for copy, design, and promotional campaign production within the approved budget.
• Coordinate brand activation events with CSR and Events teams to enhance community engagement and sales value.
• Build B2B partnerships that increase brand awareness and ROI.
• Lead PR initiatives with an agency, creating and distributing press releases, newsletters, speeches, and annual reports in Arabic and English.
• Organise press events, maintain media contacts, and ensure accurate media databases.
• Optimize digital strategy, manage social‑media channels, and update website content.
• Produce internal and sales communications, including templates, executive messages, and presentations.

Required profile

• Proven experience collaborating with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to create bilingual content in Arabic and English.
• Strong organizational skills for calendar and budget management.
• Experience coordinating with external agencies and vendors.
