Marketing Specialist – Gulf (excluding UAE & KSA)

About the role

The Marketing Specialist will design and execute targeted marketing initiatives that boost brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and generate product demand across the Gulf region (excluding UAE and KSA). You will collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager, product teams, sales, and external agencies to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and implement B2C and B2B marketing activities aligned with brand strategy and business priorities.
• Own end‑to‑end campaign execution, from concept through launch and performance analysis.
• Develop integrated go‑to‑market plans for product launches across digital, social, retail, PR, influencer, and offline channels.
• Manage consumer‑focused digital campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, Google and other platforms, optimizing for reach, engagement, traffic and ROI.
• Create and maintain monthly social media content calendars and coordinate asset production with designers and agencies.
• Produce consumer‑centric blog and content pieces, ensuring SEO optimisation and alignment with lifestyle and seasonal themes.
• Coordinate influencer collaborations, media partnerships and content creator engagements.
• Execute in‑store branding, product displays, retail promotions and consumer activation activities.
• Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs and adjust targeting, creative and budgets to improve results.
