MEP Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead a key construction project for a leading MEP contracting organisation in Oman. You will own the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery on scope, schedule, budget and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets and resource allocation.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, issues and delays proactively.
• Handle scope changes through formal assessment and approval processes.
• Provide regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality and environmental standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years GCC experience in MEP contracting companies (mandatory).
• Previous experience in Oman is highly preferred.
• Strong background in project management within MEP/construction environments.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules and multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

What we offer

• Salary: 1,700 – 2,000 OMR per month.
• Company transportation provided.
• Performance bonus payable five times per year (approx. 1,250 OMR per cycle).
