Merchandiser – Retail Shelf Management

About the role
We are looking for a proactive Merchandiser to ensure our products are attractively displayed and readily available on store shelves. You will work closely with the merchandising unit head to maintain optimal shelf presentation, monitor competitor activity, and support sales initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Install point‑of‑sale (POS) materials and promotional displays.
- Report competitor movements to the merchandising unit head.
- Inspect shelves to remove damaged or dirty packaging and return defective items to the company.
- Guarantee that all product sizes and packings are stocked on shelves.
- Implement sales programs and maintain shelves according to rental agreements.
- Verify price accuracy on all shelf labels.
- Complete customer card entries accurately.
- Conduct price fishing activities when required.
- Perform monthly inventory of POS materials.
Required profile
- Minimum high school education.
- 1–2 years of experience in merchandising or a related retail field.
