Mobile Growth & Marketing Automation Specialist

About the role

Masarrah is seeking a Mobile Growth & Marketing Automation Specialist to lead user acquisition, engagement, and retention for its vacation‑rental mobile app. Working on‑site in Muscat, you will combine data‑driven insights with growth‑hacking tactics to expand the platform’s user base and drive revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and optimise marketing automation campaigns across digital channels.
• Analyse user behaviour and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage and improve mobile app growth initiatives, including acquisition, engagement and retention.
• Collaborate with product, sales and analytics teams to align growth strategies with business goals.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing activities.

Required profile

• Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and performance optimisation.
• Excellent communication abilities to work with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Proven experience in growth hacking, mobile app user acquisition, engagement and retention.
• Understanding of sales processes and ability to align growth tactics with revenue targets.
• Project‑management experience to coordinate cross‑functional initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics or a related field.
• Experience with acquisition & attribution platforms such as Adjust.
• Experience with retention & automation platforms such as WebEngage.
