Multiple IT Vacancies – Helpdesk, Oracle, Cybersecurity (10 positions)

About the role

We are seeking 10 Omani professionals to join our IT team in Sur. Opportunities are available in Helpdesk Support, Oracle Applications, and Cybersecurity. Candidates should have relevant experience and a strong desire to work in a collaborative, technology‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line IT support, troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues, and manage tickets.
• Support, maintain and enhance Oracle applications, resolve functional and technical problems, and assist with upgrades and testing.
• Monitor IT systems, identify and mitigate security risks, manage incidents and support compliance initiatives.

Required profile

• Omani national with relevant experience in one of the three focus areas.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and effective communication skills.
• Team‑oriented mindset and willingness to contribute to projects.

Required skills

• Windows operating system
• Microsoft 365
• Networking fundamentals
• Service desk / ticketing tools
• Oracle EBS or Oracle Fusion
• SQL and reporting
• Security operations, incident response, risk management
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and tools
• Relevant certifications (Security+, CEH, CISSP) – a plus
