Oracle Finance Consultant – Trainee

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Oracle Finance Consultant – Trainee to join our ERP consulting team. This position is ideal for fresh graduates or professionals with up to two years of experience who want hands‑on exposure to Oracle Financial modules, business processes, and implementation activities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation and support of Oracle Financial applications.
• Participate in requirement‑gathering sessions with business users.
• Support configuration, testing, and data migration activities.
• Prepare functional documentation, user guides, and training materials.
• Help with User Acceptance Testing, issue resolution, and system performance monitoring.
• Provide end‑user support for finance‑related system queries.
• Collaborate with senior consultants and project teams throughout implementation projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, Information Systems or a related field.
• Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of relevant experience.
• Basic understanding of accounting and financial processes.
• Knowledge of ERP systems or Oracle applications is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a team environment.
