Oracle Finance Consultant – Trainee (Omanization)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Oracle Finance Consultant – Trainee to join our ERP consulting team. This entry‑level position offers fresh graduates hands‑on exposure to Oracle Financial modules, business requirements gathering, system testing and user support. You will work closely with senior consultants on implementation projects while developing your finance systems expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation and support of Oracle Financial applications.
• Participate in requirement‑gathering sessions with business users.
• Support configuration, testing and data migration activities for Oracle Finance modules.
• Prepare functional documentation, user guides and training materials.
• Help with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and resolve functional issues.
• Monitor system performance and provide end‑user support for finance‑related queries.
• Collaborate with senior consultants and project teams during implementation projects.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and finance process standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, Information Systems or a related field.
• Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of relevant experience.
• Basic understanding of accounting and financial processes.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a team environment.
