Oracle Fusion CX Functional Consultant

About the role

The Oracle Fusion CX Functional Consultant will lead discovery and design workshops for customer lifecycle management, configure Oracle Enterprise Contracts and Fusion Sales/Service modules, and ensure seamless integration with financial and operational systems. The role involves end‑to‑end ownership of CX/CLM processes from data migration through cut‑over and hyper‑care.

Key responsibilities

• Lead CX/CLM discovery, CRP1 fit‑to‑standard and CRP2 TO‑BE workshops covering customer journeys, contracts, sales interactions, enquiries, complaints and service requests.
• Configure and validate Oracle Enterprise Contracts templates, clauses, approvals, obligations, renewals and billing triggers.
• Configure and validate Oracle Fusion Sales and Service for customers, accounts, opportunities, interactions and service requests.
• Define functional boundaries between Enterprise Contracts, Sales/Service, Financials, Procurement and AMS to avoid master‑data duplication.
• Specify data migration requirements and functional integration designs, including OIC‑based interfaces for billing, e‑signature and asset references.
• Design role‑based approval workflows aligned with delegation of authority, security and audit policies.
• Develop CX/contract dashboards, operational reports and KPIs; validate reporting outputs.
• Prepare and support SIT, E2E and UAT scenarios, and provide cut‑over, production validation and hyper‑care support.

Required profile

• 8‑10+ years of consulting experience with Oracle CX, contracts or commercial systems.
• Minimum two full‑cycle Oracle Fusion Enterprise Contracts implementations and strong hands‑on experience with Oracle Sales and/or Service.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems or related field; Oracle CX/Enterprise Contracts certification is a plus.
