Plumber – Installation, Repair & Maintenance

About the role

We are looking for a skilled plumber to join our maintenance team, responsible for installing, repairing and maintaining plumbing systems across commercial and residential properties. The role involves working on a variety of projects, from new construction to emergency repairs, ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Install, repair and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems and fixtures.
• Collaborate with general contractors, electricians and other construction professionals.
• Interpret and follow building plans and blueprints.
• Diagnose and resolve plumbing emergencies promptly.
• Conduct routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems.
• Perform light construction tasks such as carpentry, painting, plastering, flooring, ceiling and electrical work when required.
• Prepare bids, budgets and cost estimates for projects.
• Maintain accurate records of time, work performed and materials used.

• Relevant diplomas or certifications as required by local regulations.
