Power BI Developer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Power BI / Power Platform Developer to join our team in Qatar. The role involves designing, building and maintaining business intelligence dashboards and automation solutions that support data‑driven decision making across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Create applications with Power Apps and automate workflows using Power Automate.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and optimise DAX queries, data models and SQL queries.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint, APIs and other enterprise systems.
• Perform data analysis, transformation and ETL processes.
• Ensure performance optimisation and security compliance for BI solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business users and technical teams to deliver solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to dashboards, workflows and applications.

Required profile

• 7‑8 years of overall IT experience, with a focus on business intelligence and automation.
• Strong hands‑on experience in Power BI development.
• Proven experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Good knowledge of DAX, SQL and data modelling concepts.
• Understanding of ETL processes and database management.
• Experience integrating Microsoft Power Platform with enterprise applications.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
