About the role

The role serves as the primary finance partner across business units, translating financial data into actionable insights. It provides advanced technical expertise in capital expenditure (CAPEX) management, ensuring optimal allocation and utilization of resources through sophisticated analysis and modeling. The position also acts as a key advisor for evaluating investment opportunities, conducting ROI assessments, and implementing monitoring systems for CAPEX projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor annual CAPEX budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
• Ensure adherence to financial governance and regulatory requirements in CAPEX management.
• Monitor and control capital expenditure to prevent cost overruns and track performance metrics.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis and modeling for capital investment proposals, including cash‑flow projections.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of CAPEX processes, decisions, and risk analyses.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities for CAPEX management.
• Prepare and present CAPEX reports and performance insights to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance, preferably in strategic finance or CAPEX management.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving, and data‑driven decision‑making abilities.
• Proven ability to work across business units and influence senior stakeholders.
• Understanding of financial governance, risk analysis, and regulatory compliance.
