Project Manager – Integrated Solutions

About the role

Join Baker Hughes' Integrated Solutions team as a Project Manager, leading complex projects that combine our products, services, and client interfaces. You will drive on‑time delivery, performance improvement, and revenue growth through upsell and cross‑selling strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all project elements, including Baker Hughes products, contracted parties, and client interactions.
• Own customer deliverables, ensuring compliance, financial KPIs, service delivery, and HSE performance.
• Support sales teams in developing future opportunity pipelines.
• Align cross‑product line strategies with Integrated Solutions project goals.
• Promote and implement Remote Operations where applicable.
• Manage the core Project Management Team and all assigned personnel.
• Oversee multiple products and services across various wellsites/rigs under complex contracts.
• Develop and maintain top‑level project schedules, addressing both leading and lagging situations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, a scientific discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum 10 + years of experience in wellbore construction, completions, intervention, or P&A, with at least 2 years as a project manager.
• Proven ability to develop, coach, and mentor cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills, including meeting facilitation and minute taking.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, influencing, and planning capabilities.
