Project Manager – Oman (IT/Software Integration)

About the role

The Project Manager will lead and coordinate all phases of software and system integration projects in Oman, ensuring delivery within agreed time, cost, and quality constraints. You will work closely with internal teams and external vendors to drive project success.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and control project activities from initiation to closure.
• Maintain and report on project cost, scope, timeline, and quality.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule, and budget using verification techniques.
• Estimate effort, assign responsibilities, and track progress across team members.
• Identify, log, analyze, and mitigate risks and issues.
• Develop resource plans, manage vendors, and ensure proper documentation.
• Conduct project closure activities, including final reports and lessons‑learned sessions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing full project lifecycles, preferably in software and system integration.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies; CMMI and Six Sigma knowledge are a plus.
• Ability to translate business requirements into actionable tasks and define acceptance criteria.
• Excellent stakeholder management to control scope creep and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Experience with process improvement, vendor management, and project documentation.
