Property Manager

About the role

The Property Manager will oversee the day‑to‑day operational management of Nur Real Estate Management’s residential and commercial portfolio in Oman. This hands‑on role requires commercial acumen, independent decision‑making and clear reporting to senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Take full operational responsibility for property management, including regular inspections and maintenance coordination.
• Manage rent collection, tenant communications, complaints, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Coordinate leasing activities, tenant screening, lease negotiations, renewals and monitor occupancy and rent reviews.
• Source, evaluate and manage contractors and service providers, obtain quotations and monitor performance, costs and timelines.
• Maintain accurate financial records, monitor receivables, prepare income and expense reports, and liaise with legal counsel when required.
• Ensure compliance with licences, permits, tenancy documentation and maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
• Prepare regular management reports on occupancy, collections, maintenance, and escalate material issues promptly.

Required profile

• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Architecture or related field (preferred).
• Valid Oman driving licence.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in Oman.
• Strong negotiation, organisational and analytical abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and work independently.
