Quantity Surveyor – Cost Estimation & Valuation

About the role
The Quantity Surveyor will support cost estimation activities and ensure accurate valuation of direct costs throughout project development. This role offers a pathway to a Cost Estimator / Engineer position on large projects.
Key responsibilities
- Review proposed “Star Rates” and validate their descriptions.
- Provide all types of measurements and valuations of direct costs across every phase of the ORP development process.
- Prepare interior final accounts as the single focal point for all quantity surveying issues.
- Support professional growth toward a Cost Estimator / Engineer role on large‑scale projects.
Required profile
- Proven experience in quantity surveying or cost estimation within construction projects.
- Ability to analyse and validate rate proposals and cost descriptions.
- Strong understanding of direct‑cost measurement and valuation methods.
- Familiarity with the ORP development process and interior account preparation.
