Recruitment Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, results‑driven Recruitment Specialist to join our Human Resources team. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, attract top talent, and ensure an outstanding candidate experience across multiple industries and functions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment from vacancy intake through onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define workforce needs and devise recruitment strategies.
• Source high‑quality candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, job boards, referrals and other channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring.
• Screen candidates, conduct competency‑based interviews and initial assessments.
• Coordinate interview schedules and act as liaison between candidates and hiring managers.
• Prepare evaluation reports, make recruitment recommendations and negotiate offers.
• Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System and monitor KPIs such as time‑to‑fill and quality of hire.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives, career fairs and recruitment campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
• 3–7 years of professional recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter (mandatory).
• Proven track record recruiting mid‑level and senior‑level positions across multiple functions.
• Professional HR certifications (CIPD, SHRM, PHR, LinkedIn Recruiter Certification) are a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced use of LinkedIn Recruiter for talent sourcing.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
