About the role
The Relationship Manager – Commercial Banking Liability will lead sales initiatives within the liability sector, ensuring compliance with regulatory and risk standards while driving revenue growth. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong client relationships and delivering high‑quality banking solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Follow all audit and compliance procedures.
- Develop new business relationships with individuals or groups.
- Provide superior customer service and ensure adherence to bank policies.
- Design and participate in sales management call programs.
- Own sales volumes and profitability for the assigned portfolio.
- Maintain and update a list of allocated accounts.
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions.
- Generate regular performance and activity reports.
Required profile
- Graduate degree in Banking, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of banking experience with a focus on relationship management.
- Strong knowledge of banking products and marketing strategies.
- Excellent analytical, planning, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Proven interpersonal skills for building and sustaining client relationships.
