Resident Engineer (Marine)

About the role

Lead construction supervision for major marine and port infrastructure projects, including breakwaters, jetties, dredging works and quay structures, ensuring delivery to the highest standards of quality, safety and schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor construction progress, quality and safety on site.
• Review contractor submissions, reports and technical documentation.
• Manage on‑site supervision teams and coordinate daily activities.
• Interface with clients, stakeholders and regulatory authorities.

Required profile

• Minimum 20 years of experience in marine construction supervision.
• Proven experience with breakwater, dredging and quay wall projects.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contract conditions.
