职位概况

负责Muscat机场附近餐厅/酒吧及客房服务的日常运营，提升客人满意度并实现财务目标。

主要职责

监督餐厅、酒吧及客房服务区的运营和卫生标准。
管理员工排班，确保缺勤时能够及时补位。
制定并执行培训计划，提高团队绩效。
处理客人投诉，持续改进服务质量。
监督采购、成本控制及酒类法规遵守。

任职要求

高中学历或同等学历，且拥有4年餐饮相关工作经验；或拥有两年制大学学位并具备2年相关经验。
熟悉餐饮运营、卫生标准及当地酒类法规。
具备良好的沟通与团队领导能力。
