Restaurant Manager – Greek National

About the role

The Restaurant Manager will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, bar/lounge and room‑service areas at our Al Mouj property in Muscat. This role ensures high standards of service, sanitation and guest satisfaction while driving financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant, bar, lounge and room‑service operations, maintaining service and sanitation standards.
• Lead, coach and mentor the food‑and‑beverage team, managing staffing levels and schedules to meet guest and financial objectives.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, address complaints, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee purchasing, invoice payment and overall financial performance of the outlet.

Required profile

• High school diploma/GED with 4 years food‑and‑beverage experience, or a 2‑year degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management with 2 years experience.
• Proven ability to manage day‑to‑day operations and train staff in service and sanitation standards.

Required skills

• Knowledge of food handling, sanitation and hygiene regulations.
• Understanding of local liquor laws and responsible alcohol service.
