Restaurant Server (Female)

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and attentive Restaurant Server to deliver memorable dining experiences for our guests. You will be the first point of contact, guiding guests through the menu, taking orders, and ensuring seamless service from starter to dessert.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, present menus and explain specials.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Serve meals and drinks promptly.
• Check on guests during their meal and respond to requests.
• Handle guest complaints professionally.
• Prepare bills, process payments and ensure accurate cash handling.
• Maintain clean and properly set tables throughout service.

Required profile

• Ability to lift, push and pull objects up to 50 lb (23 kg), including bending and kneeling.
• Good reading, writing and basic maths skills.
• Compliance with local food‑handling and alcohol‑service laws (minimum legal age required).
• Excellent communication skills with a warm, welcoming attitude.
