Room Attendant – Luxury Resort

About the role

The Room Attendant ensures that guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety and presentation at Anantara Al Jabal Al Akhdar Resort. This role supports the overall guest experience by delivering meticulous housekeeping services and responding to special requests.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and turn down guest rooms in accordance with the hotel’s Standard Operating Procedures.
• Apply health and safety standards, including correct usage and handling of housekeeping chemicals.
• Maintain accurate records for linen, towels, uniforms and other inventory items.
• Process lost‑and‑found items and keep appropriate logs.
• Ensure floor pantries, service areas and trolleys are tidy and stocked.
• Meet VIP and family‑specific requirements, handling special requests promptly.
• Report any damage, loss or security incidents to management.
• Remove room‑service trays, update room status reports and attend daily briefings.
• Support waste‑reduction initiatives and monitor par levels of supplies.

Required profile

• Ability to follow detailed housekeeping SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Capability to manage inventory records and handle lost‑and‑found processes.
• Willingness to respond to VIP and special guest requests with professionalism.
