Sales Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Account Manager to join our team in Oman. The successful candidate will support the sales force, develop sales programmes and ensure key performance indicators are met.

Key responsibilities

• Develop sales strategies and plans to achieve targets, including market identification and customer need analysis.
• Generate leads via cold calling, email marketing, social media, networking events and referrals.
• Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase value propositions.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Negotiate pricing, terms and contracts to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
• Conduct market research, analyse trends, competition and customer preferences.
• Collaborate with marketing to create and execute campaigns and promotions.
• Utilise CRM systems to manage customer data, track activities and monitor the sales pipeline.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling digital products and services.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Comfortable with mathematical concepts and computer usage.
