About the role

The Sales Associate will represent the brand and drive store sales through exceptional customer service and a strong retail experience. The role involves maintaining store standards, visual presentation, and handling daily operational tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, assist them in product selection, and convert window shoppers into buyers while promoting the loyalty program.
• Maintain merchandise displays according to visual merchandising guidelines and ensure stock is organized and attractive.
• Handle POS transactions, process cash, credit, vouchers, and issue accurate receipts, refunds, and change.
• Record inventory movements, maintain accurate reports, and monitor stock loss prevention.
• Adhere to store security policies, SOPs, and loss‑prevention procedures during all shifts.

Required profile

• Well‑groomed, presentable, and able to maintain a professional attitude at all times.
• Flexible to work varied shifts, extended hours during sales periods, and overtime as needed.
• Up‑to‑date product knowledge to provide accurate suggestions and minimize stock loss.
• Strong understanding of the brand’s product lines and ability to follow the GUEST selling methodology.
