Sales & Business Development Trainee (Fintech)

About the role

We are seeking an energetic, self‑motivated Sales & Business Development Trainee to help grow our fintech business across Oman. The role involves on‑ground sales, corporate partnership building, and community engagement, with extensive travel to high‑footfall locations.

Key responsibilities

• Promote fintech products and services through field sales activities.
• Identify and onboard corporate partners.
• Organise roadshows, promotional events, and awareness campaigns at labour camps, hypermarkets, commercial streets, and community events.
• Visit potential business locations across Oman to generate new partnership and customer acquisition opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, merchants, and community organisations.
• Coordinate promoters to meet daily sales targets and campaign objectives.
• Generate qualified leads and support customer onboarding.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, roadshows, and marketing activations.
• Collect market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer feedback for management.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity and performance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field (fresh graduates encouraged).
• Previous experience in field sales, promotions or customer engagement is an advantage.
• Fluent in English and Arabic; Hindi is a plus.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Oman.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
