Sales Educator – Skincare

About the role

MADI International seeks a commercially driven Sales Educator – Skincare to join its Oman team. The role blends hands‑on skincare expertise with sales acumen to demonstrate products, develop salon and spa accounts, and grow brand presence across the territory.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct hands‑on facial demonstrations and professional skincare treatments to showcase product benefits, protocols, and results.
• Drive sales through technical product knowledge, demo‑led selling, and value‑based negotiations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with salons, spas, skincare professionals, and existing clients.
• Identify new business opportunities, expand the brand portfolio, and convert demonstrations into confirmed orders.
• Achieve assigned sales, brand‑specific, and collection targets while promoting new launches and promotions.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs, sharing insights with management.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Skin Therapist with hands‑on expertise in facials, professional skincare treatments, and skin analysis.
• Previous sales experience in Oman, preferably within skincare, professional beauty, salon, spa, or aesthetics.
• Strong knowledge of professional skincare products, ingredients, treatment protocols, and application techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets, develop accounts, and generate new business.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Professional certification or diploma in skincare, aesthetics, or beauty therapy is preferred.
• Fluency in English required; Arabic is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel within Oman for client visits, demonstrations, and training sessions.
