Sales Executive – Ceiling & Partition Materials (Bulk/Wholesale)

About the role

Ejabi Co., a leading wholesaler of ceiling and partition systems, is looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to expand its bulk‑purchase client base across the Sultanate of Oman. The role focuses on acquiring new B2B accounts, managing tender processes, and driving revenue growth in the construction materials sector.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new bulk‑purchase clients such as contractors, developers, distributors and project buyers.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of B2B accounts and long‑term customers.
• Conduct regular client and site visits to generate leads and secure orders.
• Prepare, negotiate and submit quotations, tenders and agreements.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and submit daily activity reports.
• Follow up on leads, quotations and pending orders until closure.
• Coordinate with logistics, supply chain and credit control for timely order execution.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and new business opportunities.
• Participate in sales meetings and support business development initiatives.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably handling bulk sales, tenders or distributor accounts.
• Valid Oman driving licence (advantageous).
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Fluent in English; Arabic or Urdu is a plus.
• Good knowledge of the Oman construction market and willingness to travel across all Emirates.
