Sales Executive – Muscat, Oman

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to grow a personal Book of Business within our Muscat branch. The role focuses on generating new freight‑forwarding business, managing existing client relationships and delivering profitable revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand a personal Book of Business (BOB) by increasing volume, revenue and margin.
• Balance new‑business hunting with existing‑client farming to meet growth targets.
• Conduct market analysis and competitive research in the Omani logistics market.
• Coordinate with branch operations to tailor SOPs to client requirements.
• Prepare and negotiate export/import quotations, ensuring timely opportunity closure.
• Collaborate with internal networks and external partner agents to provide optimal service.
• Maintain the CRM system, track pipeline activities and support the field‑sales incentive scheme.
• Stay informed on local regulations, industry trends and service enhancements.

Required profile

• University graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum three years of proven sales experience in freight forwarding (air and/or ocean).
• Demonstrated new‑business development (hunter) success.
• Existing network of logistics customers is a plus.
• Experience meeting sales targets and conducting client visits.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for pipeline management.
