Scrum Master (Agile Facilitator)

About the role

We are looking for a Scrum Master (Agile Facilitator) to guide our development team in Oman. As a servant‑leader, you will ensure the team follows Scrum theory, practices and rules while fostering a self‑organising, high‑productivity environment.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum events – daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, sprint review and retrospectives.
• Identify and remove impediments that block the team’s progress, including technical and resource dependencies.
• Coach the team on self‑organisation, cross‑functionality and continuous improvement through retrospectives.
• Act as a bridge between the development team and stakeholders, protecting the team from external distractions.
• Support organisational adoption of Scrum principles beyond the immediate team.

Required profile

• Strong servant‑leadership mindset with the ability to coach and mentor a Scrum team.
• Deep understanding of Scrum theory, practices and rules.
• Excellent facilitation and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Ability to work independently and protect the team from interruptions.
