Security Manager

About the role

The Security Manager will lead all security operations at Hotel Indigo Jabal Akhdar Resort & Spa, ensuring a safe environment for guests, staff, and assets. This senior position combines strategic policy development with hands‑on incident management in a luxury hospitality setting.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily security operations and maintain a secure environment across the resort.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve security policies and procedures.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate a team of security personnel.
• Monitor surveillance systems, conduct regular security audits, and keep accurate incident records.
• Collaborate with internal departments to advise on risk mitigation and security measures.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, coordinating communication with relevant stakeholders.
• Drive responsible business practices, including sustainability and social responsibility initiatives.
• Perform financial analysis of security operations to identify cost‑saving opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Proven experience as a Security Manager in a high‑end hotel or comparable environment.
• Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Excellent understanding of safety regulations and emergency response protocols.
