Senior A/C & Chiller Technician (Retail)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior A/C & Chiller Technician to join our retail facilities team in Oman. The role involves delivering high‑quality service, repair and maintenance for a range of chilled water and air‑conditioning systems across our stores.

Key responsibilities

• Perform service, repair and preventive maintenance on chillers, air handling units (AHU), rooftop package units and DX air‑conditioning systems.
• Test, commission and verify the performance of all installed equipment, diagnosing and troubleshooting faults.
• Execute Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for the above systems, ensuring compliance with service targets.
• Prepare detailed service reports, record all parameters and document any corrective actions.
• Respond to service calls promptly and provide on‑site technical support.

Required profile

• Minimum 2‑year vocational training in air‑conditioning and cooling technology.
• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience as an A/C technician working with chillers, AHU, rooftop units and DX systems.
• Strong ability to detect damages, perform fault finding and carry out rectifications.
• Good communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
