Senior Architect – Project Management & Design

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Architect to lead the design and delivery of architectural projects from concept through hand‑over. The role combines creative design, technical detailing and full project management, ensuring client vision is realised on time and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with clients to capture requirements, vision and project objectives.
• Develop architectural concepts, detailed designs, presentations and 3‑D visualisations.
• Manage the entire project lifecycle – planning, design development, execution and final hand‑over.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers and internal teams throughout each phase.
• Prepare construction drawings, specifications and presentation material.
• Monitor design quality, schedule adherence and client satisfaction.
• Support business development by proposing innovative and practical design solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in architectural design and project management, preferably in interior fit‑out or turnkey projects.
• Strong communication and client‑management abilities.
• Professional portfolio demonstrating previous projects, designs and renderings.
