Senior Corporate Communications Specialist

About the role

The Senior Corporate Communications Specialist supports the Marketing and Communications Director in delivering the full spectrum of corporate communications, including public relations, media relations, events, CSR, and stakeholder engagement. Working with a high degree of autonomy, the role ensures all communications are on‑brand, timely, and of high quality.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the annual PR and communications plan, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Draft, review, and distribute press releases, corporate statements, newsletters, and official communications in Arabic and English.
• Maintain and update the media contacts database and manage relationships with journalists and editors.
• Handle day‑to‑day media enquiries, prepare initial responses, and coordinate approvals.
• Monitor media coverage across all platforms, produce daily summaries and sentiment reports.
• Assist in preparing communications materials for crisis situations under director guidance.
• Coordinate interviews, press visits, editorial opportunities, and advertorial placements.
• Produce media‑facing content such as press kits, backgrounders, executive bios, fact sheets, and presentations in both languages.
• Track media spend, reconcile budgets, and report expenditures.

Required profile

• Proven experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple workstreams, and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
