Senior Design Architect

About the role
L&V is seeking a Senior Design Architect to lead design initiatives at its Muscat, Oman branch. The role involves shaping concept designs, overseeing project delivery, and ensuring high‑quality architectural outcomes in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and refine conceptual designs for a variety of projects.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Manage design documentation and deliverables from inception to completion.
- Maintain and enhance the firm’s design standards and quality control processes.
- Mentor junior architects and contribute to the growth of the design team.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- Minimum of 8 years of professional architectural experience.
- Experience within the GCC region is advantageous.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual design expertise and successful project delivery.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with AutoCAD.
- Proficiency with Revit.
- Proficiency with SketchUp.
- Knowledge of BIM workflows (a plus).
