About the role

MSYAAF GROUP is seeking a Senior Finance & Investment Analyst to join its Muscat office. The role focuses on delivering rigorous financial analysis, building detailed financial plans, and supporting strategic investment decisions within a dynamic private‑equity environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive financial analyses and detailed financial models to evaluate investment opportunities.
• Develop short‑term and long‑term financial plans aligned with the group’s growth objectives.
• Produce accurate financial reports and present insights to senior management and cross‑functional teams.
• Analyze financial statements, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to support strategic financial planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Professional certification such as CFA is a strong asset.
• Proven experience in investment analysis, private equity, or related financial reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
