Senior HR Business Partner

About the role

The Senior HR Business Partner leads all in‑store HR activities, ensuring the workforce is skilled, engaged, and aligned with business objectives. This role partners closely with store managers and corporate stakeholders to drive talent acquisition, development, performance management, and total rewards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with company policies, code of conduct, employee handbook, uniform standards, working hours, and staff facilities.
• Provide guidance to managers on employee relations cases, including disciplinary actions and documentation.
• Advise managers on team development and leadership to meet current and future business needs.
• Support performance review cycles, manage appraisal systems, and communicate learning and training needs.
• Ensure health and safety protocols are followed and risks are mitigated.
• Conduct exit interviews, manage transfers, relocations, and keep accurate documentation.
• Contribute to succession planning through workforce trend analysis and talent pool development.
• Design and deliver targeted training programs.
• Lead talent acquisition processes from attraction to onboarding.
• Analyze HR data to identify trends, improve employee engagement, and enhance business performance.
• Maintain optimal staff structure, allocate budgeted hours and headcount, and ensure legal compliance.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Four to six years of experience in HR or a comparable role.
• Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment legislation.

• Proficiency in MS Office.
