About the role

The Senior HRMS & Records Specialist will design, implement, and support cloud‑based Human Resources solutions that enhance employee experience, improve process efficiency, and ensure data quality and compliance. This role translates HR business needs into scalable system configurations, integrations, and reporting across the HR technology landscape.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain and update employee information in the ERP system, including new hires, terminations, compensation changes, and back‑dated adjustments.
  • Calculate and verify allowances, enter deductions, loans, and other financial details, and ensure accurate payroll processing.
  • Collaborate with payroll, rewards, and quality teams to reflect salary changes before payroll runs.
  • Lead cloud HR system migration, integration, and security compliance initiatives.
  • Configure and optimize cloud HR modules, design workflows, security roles, and functional specifications.
  • Support data migration, testing cycles, release readiness, and issue resolution across HR systems.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics to support HR operations and workforce decisions.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, simplification, and improved user adoption.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, and cloud‑based HR systems.
  • Proven experience leading cloud adoption for payroll, benefits, and employee engagement.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with HR, IT, and vendors.
