Senior Manager, Finance Audit

About the role

The Senior Manager – Finance Audit leads the financial audit function, delivering high‑quality, risk‑based assurance and advisory services across the organization and its domestic subsidiaries. The role works closely with the GM of Financial & Operations Audit to strengthen governance, risk management, and control processes while ensuring compliance with global internal audit standards and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a risk‑based internal audit plan for the financial domain, aligning coverage with enterprise risks, regulatory priorities, and business strategy.
• Lead the full audit lifecycle – planning, execution, reporting, and follow‑up – including audit programs, working papers, and communication with management.
• Oversee advisory engagements that support process improvements, control design, risk mitigation, transformation initiatives, and system implementations in the finance area.
• Ensure all audits comply with IPPF, internal audit methodology, and applicable regulations (e.g., FSA, TRA) and monitor quality assurance programs.
• Manage audit coverage for domestic subsidiaries, review outsourced audit plans, and validate the quality of outsourced audit deliverables.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business or a related field.
• Professional certification: CA, CPA, or ACCA (mandatory); CIA preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of total experience with at least 3 years in a managerial internal audit role.
• Proven experience in financial audit, risk‑based audit planning, and oversight of outsourced audit arrangements.
