Senior Manager, Liabilities – Transaction Banking

About the role

The Senior Manager, Liabilities – Transaction Banking will lead the growth of the bank's current account, call account, savings, and deposit portfolio. The role focuses on expanding the CASA/Deposit base to support lending growth and improve the deposit mix for corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to increase new and varied liabilities products in line with the bank’s vision.
• Oversee performance, pricing, and compliance of existing products, ensuring margins are protected.
• Lead product delivery enhancements, refresh existing offerings, and manage all liabilities campaigns to meet KPI targets.
• Maintain product balance‑sheet composition and ensure alignment with overall strategy.
• Prepare product guidelines, policies, SOPs, testing procedures, and training materials for launches and enhancements.
• Coordinate with legal, Shariah, compliance, operations, IT, credit, marketing, and sales to ensure seamless product rollout and ongoing operation.
• Introduce new systems or tools to improve processes and service quality.
• Monitor regulatory compliance and internal control standards, providing guidance to team members.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in transaction banking or liabilities product management.
• Strong understanding of CASA, deposit products, and related regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to manage cross‑functional stakeholder relationships.
• Experience in developing product strategies, pricing, and profitability analysis.
