Senior Marketing Associate

About the role

The Senior Marketing Associate will support the execution of partnerships, sponsorships, events, and placemaking initiatives across assigned assets of Majid Al Futtaim. This role ensures that centrally defined strategies are delivered on‑ground, enhancing customer experience, supporting tenant objectives, and generating commercial value.

Key responsibilities

• Support amplification and execution of partnership agreements, activations, and placemaking initiatives.
• Ensure all activations comply with brand guidelines, customer experience standards, and safety requirements.
• Deliver flagship events, activations, décor, and portfolio‑wide experiential initiatives from briefing agencies to installation and dismantling.
• Manage tenant marketing partnerships and promotions, including co‑branded activations and in‑store campaigns.
• Act as day‑to‑day point of contact for partners, sponsors, and activation vendors.
• Coordinate with Branding and Digital teams to integrate creative and promotional elements.
• Track activation and partnership KPIs such as footfall, engagement, dwell time, and partner deliverables.
• Assist the manager with activation budgets and vendor cost management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Events Management, or a related field.
• 2‑5 years of experience in partnerships, events, activations, or experiential marketing.
• Experience delivering on‑ground activations in retail, hospitality, or consumer environments.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
