Senior Odoo Functional Consultant (Full-Time)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Odoo Functional Consultant to lead end‑to‑end Odoo implementations for clients across Oman. You will translate business requirements into effective Odoo solutions and ensure successful go‑live and adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle Odoo implementation projects across multiple industries.
• Facilitate requirement‑gathering workshops and conduct business process analysis.
• Configure and implement Odoo modules such as Sales, CRM, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, HR, and others.
• Produce functional documentation, test plans, and training materials.
• Conduct end‑user training sessions and manage change adoption.
• Provide post‑go‑live hyper‑care and continuous improvement support.
• Serve as the main functional point of contact for clients throughout the project.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on Odoo functional implementation experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Odoo’s core business modules.
• Full professional fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and stakeholder expectations.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Odoo certification is highly desirable.
