Senior Planning Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Planning Engineer to lead planning activities for large‑scale sewage and water network projects in Oman. The role requires deep expertise in project scheduling, resource allocation, and cash‑flow management, as well as strong English communication skills.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and control detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Track progress, identify variances, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on time.
• Manage resource loading and cash‑flow forecasts throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and evaluate Extension of Time (EOT) claims using Time Impact Analysis (TIA).

Required profile

• 12–15 years of overall experience, including at least 10 years in the Gulf region.
• Significant experience on Oman projects, particularly with Nama, in sewage and water networks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Absolute proficiency in Primavera P6.
• Experience with Time Impact Analysis (TIA) for EOT claims.
