Senior Project Manager - Luxury Real Estate & Hospitality (Oman & GCC)

About the role

LEO Al Mouj Development is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale luxury real estate and hospitality development projects. The successful candidate will oversee projects from planning and design through construction, completion and handover, ensuring high quality, timely delivery and effective budget management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale luxury real estate and hospitality development projects.
• Oversee project planning, design, construction and final delivery.
• Coordinate with architects, engineering consultants, contractors and other stakeholders.
• Monitor schedules, budgets and construction progress.
• Ensure high standards of construction quality and luxury finishing.
• Identify and manage risks, delays and technical challenges.
• Follow up on approvals, permits and authority requirements.
• Prepare regular progress reports for senior management.
• Ensure successful completion, testing, commissioning and handover.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant project management experience.
• Proven experience in large-scale luxury real estate and hospitality developments, including hotels, resorts, branded residences or mixed-use projects.
• Experience managing projects from design through construction and handover, and coordinating international consultants and contractors.
• Previous experience in Oman or the GCC is an advantage.
• PMP certification preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project and Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership, communication, budget, time and resource management, and problem-solving skills.
