Senior QA Engineer – CRM Testing (Microsoft Dynamics 365)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior QA Engineer specialized in CRM testing to lead quality assurance activities for Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations, primarily within the banking sector. The role involves hands‑on testing, defect management, and close collaboration with development and business teams.

Key responsibilities

• Perform functional, regression, integration, localization and end‑to‑end testing on Microsoft Dynamics CRM (on‑premise) and Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Design, create and execute manual test cases covering positive and negative scenarios.
• Conduct API testing using Postman and validate REST‑API integrations with or without middleware.
• Execute data‑migration testing using CRM utilities and perform database validation.
• Develop and maintain test plans, test scripts and defect reports in JIRA.
• Collaborate with Agile teams, business analysts, developers and stakeholders to ensure testing aligns with development cycles.
• Lead and mentor junior testers, define testing activities, and ensure resource availability.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards and communicate progress to project managers and clients.
• Carry out regression testing after code changes and support banking applications such as e‑channels, mobile banking, cards, payments and loans.

Required profile

• 10+ years of total experience in IT or banking environments.
• Strong background in Microsoft Dynamics CRM (on‑premise preferred) and Dynamics 365.
• Proven experience leading QA activities for complex banking applications.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize testing tasks and guide junior team members.
