Senior Quality Control (QC) – UAT Lead

About the role

Portolearn is seeking an experienced Senior Quality Control professional to own User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and act as the primary quality gate for production releases within its digital transformation initiatives. The role involves defining UAT strategy, assessing release readiness, and supporting Go/No‑Go decisions in an Agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage the overall UAT strategy and governance framework.
• Establish testing methodologies, acceptance criteria, and release readiness assessments.
• Coordinate UAT activities with business analysts, product owners, and end users.
• Lead defect triage, prioritize critical issues, and drive resolution.
• Prepare executive‑level UAT readiness and risk reports.
• Continuously improve testing processes through tools, automation, and feedback.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems or a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as ISTQB Advanced, ITIL Foundation, CSM or CSPO are highly desirable.
• Proven experience working in Agile, Scrum or DevOps environments.
