About the role
We are seeking a Senior Relationship Manager – Mid Market to drive business growth and manage a portfolio of corporate clients for a leading bank in Oman. The role combines sales generation, client relationship management and credit assessment to ensure profitable and sustainable banking relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and secure income‑generating opportunities within defined markets and industries, contributing to the bank’s overall business plan.
- Manage and expand relationships with existing and new mid‑market customers, ensuring compliance with the Group Credit policy and maximizing profitability.
- Conduct regular client meetings, cross‑sell bank products and services, and represent the bank positively in the market.
- Prepare high‑quality credit proposals, assess credit risk in line with IFRS 9 standards, and take early action on high‑risk situations.
Required profile
- Omani national.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in relationship management, corporate banking or a similar financial services role.
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of IFRS 9 credit accounting standards.
