About the role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Road & Highway Design Engineer to lead complex road and highway projects in Muscat. The role combines project management and design responsibilities, ensuring high‑quality delivery on schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
- Lead the design, coordination, and delivery of road and highway infrastructure.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and schedule requirements.
- Oversee design development and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
Required profile
- Master's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in road and highway design.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and effective communication skills.
- Capability to oversee all aspects of a project, from conception to completion.
Required skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Proficiency in Civil 3D.
