Senior Sales Director – Singapore Market Expansion (Commission Based)

About the role

DANA Elite Sales Club Holdings is seeking a results‑driven Senior Sales Director to lead its Singapore market expansion initiative. This commission‑only position focuses on acquiring international companies that want to establish or grow their presence in Singapore and the wider ASEAN region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to recruit international corporate members seeking market entry in Singapore and ASEAN.
• Identify and engage SMEs, startups, family offices, investors, and corporations interested in expansion.
• Build a robust sales pipeline through referrals, strategic partnerships, and trade missions.
• Provide end‑to‑end business expansion solutions, including company incorporation, work‑pass applications, talent acquisition, sales strategy, business development, and strategic networking.
• Ensure clients are equipped to operate successfully in Singapore and access regional and global opportunities.

Required profile

• Proactive, results‑oriented mindset with a strong network in international business.
• Proven experience in B2B sales and business development, preferably in market entry or expansion.
• Deep understanding of Singapore’s regulatory and business environment.
• Ability to thrive in a commission‑only compensation model.
